Failing to send messages in chat

Describe the bug
Whenever I attempt to send a message in twitch chat, it simply exits out the stream that I am in. Occasionally, it will pop up with an error message saying there was a bug and to wait for the developer to update the app.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any twitch chat
2. Type out a message
3. Hit the send message button
4. Verifiably see the problem.

Expected behavior
Message being sent in twitch chat with out backing out or showcasing an error message.

I'm having the same issue. Google Pixel 7a running Android 17. Not sure how to obtain log files or anything but happy to help debug however is useful.
