plan: removing instance with a stale plan returns PlanNotFoundError

Removing an instance with a stale removed plan lead to a PlanNotFoundError error. RpaaS should ignore invalid plan on instance removal.

I was analyzing this task and emerged a doubt. Does the task is to remove any reference to PlanNotFoundError when to remove some instance?

Cause the exception is used in find methods and generate the error... Generating the exception to all methods whose use them ( Update Instance, Remove Instance ) ... Removing them , what happen after?

Probably using try Exception block only to catch PlanNotFound error on remove instance task should be the right way to solve it. What do you think ?
