[BUG] Figure editor's Zoom Inset is broken when you already zoomed in scatterplot

Bug Description

Zoom Inset is not working properly when you already zoomed in scatterplot. If not zoomed before, works as expected.

How to reproduce the issue:

• In the scatterplot zoom on somewhere
• Go to figure editor
• Use Zoom Inset
• Not showing the points you want

It seems in the figure editor's zoom inset we don't have the state of the zoom in scatterplot, this is why zoom inset is not working as expected when we zoom on the scatterplot before entering the figure editor's panel, and works fine when we don't.

Another point which we can also work on is that in the Zoom Inset tool we should draw the rectangle twice, where we want to zoom, and where we want to have the zoom panel. When you draw the first rectangle you don't get any feedback, user might think it's broken. It's goo to have a feedback for this part.

Zooming in the scatterplot should be reset when the figure editor is opened or a quick PNG export is applied, since the legend misaligns with the data displayed in the scatterplot. Therefore, the fix should be to reset the zoom before.
