I run TxRep on our mailserver and sometimes I see scores like -4 on spammails that would be easily caught by my normal ruleset. It is not so much that TxRep is wrong a lot, it is just that sometimes it scores so high, that it overrules any other rules I have active.
I think there should be a limit as to how high (or low) TxRep can score a mail. No system is foolproof especially a heuristics based system like TxRep and will sometimes create FPs.
