Make elixirs use suffixes like `_ec.jl` instead of `_EC.jl` for consistency with Trixi.jl

As @MarcoArtiano noticed in #194, we currently use a different convention than Trixi.jl does to denote entropy-conservative schemes in elixir names. If we want to be more consistent with the main package, this could be changed.
