Simulation Onboarding Programs

Please define all the pre-requisite skills necessary to work on anything simulation related.

This can be but not limited to:

• virtual environment/docker/containerization tools
• wandb, mujoco playground, mjx, etc

Then create necessary onboarding assignments for new club members.
