Full lua 5.5 support

I know this is blocked by LGI, but I'd like to be out in front of supporting 5.5.
Maybe we'll also have to wait and see how AwesomeWM handles lua 5.5 to see if we need to match up their changes with ours.

luajit is very much supported. I have not run anything but luajit since I started work on SomeWM. I only remembered to offer support for other lua versions once I started getting issues 😂

luajit through 5.4 are all supported and work today. I just want to be ready to get 5.5 up and going when LGI pushes support

In practice...it's complicated.

there's a whole lgi packaging gap that I'm not even remotely interested in worrying about.

You want lgi support for lua 5.5?

I have been running make check in openSUSE build service with lua-lgi and Lua 5.5 for some time, but even with large number of patches I still had to add || true, because it still fails as seen in this build log.
