Implement Test Automation pipeline

Background

The Evaluation Apps are meant to be deployed by customers who recently installed Torizon OS (TOS) with Toradex Easy Installer and then provisioned their devices with Easy Pairing.

They are expected to always work with the latest Torizon OS release, the Easy Installer main feed image.

Goal

Implement a test pipeline to automatically test the Evaluation Apps against the latest TOS release.

As discussed internally it would be nice to have an include mechanism here to make it easier to group common items. @leonheldattoradex suggested something like this might be useful.
