Use shadcn ui buttons for the sign in and sign up buttons

Fixing Sign In/Sign Up Buttons with shadcn UI ✅

I've successfully replaced the current HTML button tags with shadcn UI buttons for the sign in and sign up functionality.

Todo List:

• Examine codebase to locate sign in/sign up buttons
• Check current shadcn UI setup and configuration
• Replace HTML buttons with shadcn UI Button components
• Test functionality and styling
• Run lint to ensure code quality
• Commit and push changes
• Provide PR creation link

Changes Made:

• Added Button import from @/components/ui/button to src/app/layout.tsx
• Replaced Sign In HTML button with <Button variant="outline"> (maintains outline styling)
• Replaced Sign Up HTML button with <Button variant="default"> (maintains primary blue styling)
• Build compiles successfully, lint passes with no issues
• Changes committed and pushed to branch

Summary:
The sign in and sign up buttons now use shadcn UI Button components instead of HTML button tags, maintaining the same visual appearance and functionality while leveraging the project's existing UI component system.
