Allow tokens for groups

Based on https://github.com/penpot/penpot/pull/6816/files
We hard coded not allowing groups to have tokens applied.
Investigate how it could be done, as you can apply group fills etc.

According to penpot#6816 (comment) groups can't have attributes.
