you can probably do this right now with element dev tools by setting "events"."com.github.TheBoard.object" : 50 (e.g., to require moderator level), but would be a nice little addition to the board's room settings ui #6

I am also considering sth like layers. A room could either be a new document or a layer in the current document. This would allow to have a script written during a lecture by the instructor and then students could comment on it on different layers but could share their comments on the script by inviting others to their comment layer.)
