There is a simple but significant defect for PerM to process reference genome
with small character 'n'. While nucleotide "ACGTN and acgt" are correctly
readin, small character 'n' will be regarded as strange character and ignored.
While other characters that represented multiple nucleotides and regarded 'N'.
This defect will alter the index of the reference genome with 'n'. While the
number of mapped reads are the same, the indexes will shift. Please download
the corrected version (0.3.6) or check/changed the 'n' in the reference to 'n'.
