I notice there are some differences between the tutorials and MinION official guidance. Here, the tutorials give the code "MinIONQC.R –i qc_practical/summaries -o qc_practical/minion_qc". However, actually the official guidance is "Rscript MinIONQC.R -i path/to/sequencing_summary.txt" which makes me confused and it also says the code must be run at the commandline. I tried both of them , and the guidance code work, tutorials not. So, if you have time could you make sure about it, thanks.
