Mailstrom Beta

This is an issue to track the work for our project Mailstrom Beta. We may fill in more content here later on.

This ticket doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. The DNS repo is not related to the Mailstrom Beta, and the Mailstrom Beta is downstream (an application of) this project. It's true that we do have ticket #118 open here, but even that doesn't really belong here. We have the private issue tracking repo, but this is not a private issue. I guess I don't really know where to stick #118, which has led to it being stuck here, but I'd rather it live somewhere else entirely.

I guess what I'm getting at is that #118 doesn't belong here, but doesn't have a better place, and that it should be decoupled from Mailstrom Beta. Also, we've essentially released Mailstrom Beta now, so this issue should probably be closed. @kewisch your thoughts here?
