A couple of mailstrom integration test intermittent failures

A couple of the 163 mailstrom integration tests fail intermittently:

test.integration.imap.test_messaging.TestIMAPMessaging.test_expunge_message
test.integration.jmap.test_jmap_email.TestJMAPEmail.test_send_email_with_bcc

A recent example of the tests failing in CI. They do pass also, so I don't believe this is a product issue. Investigate and fix the tests.

Issues cannot be both on the Milestones and Tasks boards. This appears to be a Milestone issue, removing from Tasks board

Not really sure why thundernotion re-opened this issue, it is resolved in #231.
