Deferred from #191 (issue #135). The how-to uses unexecuted fences whose end-to-end snippet is byte-identical to the slow integration test. An executed demo's right home is a short appended section in docs/tutorials/forecasting.py (which already fits and forecasts) rather than a ninth notebook. Must respect IMPULSO_DOCS_CI smoke draws.
