Post-remediation WIP triage: auth-cutover local delta not yet PR-scoped

Context

After merge of stack-audit remediation (PR #41), local development branch codex/auth-cutover-phase9 still contains uncommitted WIP changes not included in the merged remediation set.

Current state snapshot

• Repo: TRR-APP
• Branch: codex/auth-cutover-phase9
• Local uncommitted changes: ~24 files (git status --porcelain)

Required follow-up

1. Triage remaining WIP by scope (auth cutover vs unrelated UI work).
2. Commit in logical slices with dedicated tests.
3. Open focused PRs and keep docs/cross-collab/TASK8/STATUS.md + docs/ai/HANDOFF.md in sync.
4. Retire local WIP branch after merge.
