Prevent it trying to contact Rackspace in CI

When it runs the cukes in CI, for some reason it tries to contact the actual Rackspace API and fails. Travis ignores this, but Jenkins marks this as a fail. I'm pretty sure this shouldn't be happening.

Anybody got any ideas?

Could you try running the tests locally while not online, see if they fail? Might point the way.
