I tried installing the program as in https://pyci.qcdevs.org/install.html.
My OS is Ubuntu 20.04.6 TS
The dependency "python3-devel" doesn't exists in Ubuntu.
Although manually writing "python3-dev" works, it seems that it's not even a dependency at all to run the tutorial and test files.
