hi,Thank you very much for the tool you made. I am very new to this tool. I want to find the most suitable integration method for my data through this tool. However, I have not done cell annotation on each sample. Can I use the Leiden clustering on each sample as a 'pseudo-label' and then run scib, or do I have to do a good annotation on each sample? If so, to what extent should I annotate to better use scib? Thank you!
