Cant run the app

I am using cygwin64 to run the app.
after executing the following CLI getting the error. the file is on the same directory as the sas-convert.
$ ./sas-convert -a skinproduct_vfdemo.sas7bdat
./sas-convert: line 20: C:\Program: command not found
