Enhancement: Share with specific person in nextcloud (restricted access)

We suggest following enhancement:
It would be useful (for us), to share a secret with a specific person (account) in nextcloud and restrict the access only to this account

Hi, thank you for the suggestion. Could you please elaborate, why you would like to see this feature in Nextcloud Secrets instead of using, for example, Nextcloud Talk to share a secret?

When you share a secret with another user in Nextcloud and that person doesn't need the secret link to retrieve it, the resulting share is not end to end encrypted. Therefore I'm hesitant to implement this in Secrets (because it would give a false sense of security).

But I'm happy to think about a solution if I understand your use case better that doesn't allow the use of Nextcloud Talk.

Typically we share the secret on a second channel (mail, etc).
The use case is to implement a further "security layer": So even if another person has the link, it can not be accessed because it is "restricted" to the specific person (account).

I assume that the secret is end-to-end encrypted if a second channel is used for the exchange. Before the encrypted data is displayed to the user, it should be verified that the user (account) matches the user restricted by the sender.

I see, thank you. I'll think about how to best integrate the various feature requests about more options for sharing secrets and will come back to this. :)
