Judge assignment system

[Auriosi]

• Teams should be equally split up into groups for judging
• Admins can specify what room a group will present in when the time comes
• Before judging begins, participants will be able to view what room they are presenting in
• Also create a special sponsor judging group, which teams can sign up for manually (we can't pull info from DevPost)
• Judges will be equally split across each regular group (enough for 3 judges to see each project? Actual number TBD)
