Energy Pouch tool remains in active position after Pokemon is knocked out

Playing a GLC match I noticed that after Entei got knocked out with Energy Pouch (Fates Collide FCO) attached, the tool remained in the field of play.

• Energy Pouch remained in the active spot after Entei was knocked out
• When I selected Torchic to become my new active Pokemon, the Energy Pouch moved to the bench spot where Torchic was
• When I played a new Pokemon to that bench spot, the Energy Pouch became attached to the new Pokemon
