Segmentline.java not segmenting properly

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run segmentline through cammie tan (615kb)with Bitmaphandler*4
2. Run segmentline through shona gillies (5mp)with Bitmaphandler*4
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
