I did take a look at everled, but I wanted to stick to your PIC-based design.
May it will be useful to those looking to make a few, as overseas fab is so cheap now. I made a few changes to the MOSFET selection as well as shrunk some packages to make it cheaper to manufacture. If you have any feedback it is appreciated, but my suspicion is you have moved on from this project :)
