Give feedbackNo fields configured for issues without a type.
This should integrate with the pick list (or lists if we split to first / second / third picks) and have a way for the rep on field to mark that a team has been selected and remove them from a sortable view of the remaining teams.
Rough example from quick pick where teams who can't be picked are checked off:
