Details of closed stations not loading

Opening the details of a station, that has not opened at the current time, just shows a spinner and keeps loading (or simply does not show an error).

It would be nice to be able to see the last reported price and the history, even when the station is closed.

The version 2.2.1 contains already a fix for this. But a backend change & deploy is still open yet. I will do this next week, when I also have time to catch some errors on the new backend changes.
