Description

UI for professors to evaluate candidates during interviews.

Acceptance Criteria

• List of candidates to evaluate (filtered by professor's themes).
• Evaluation form with 5 aspect dropdowns (FRACO/REGULAR/BOM/OTIMO).
• Visual representation of the concept scale with descriptions.
• Free-text observations field.
• Shows calculated numeric score after submission.
• View previous evaluations by other professors (read-only).
