Adds check boxes to get/set archived field of Epic, Issues, and Task statuses. This is paired with a pull request for issue 213 of taiga-back, taigaio/taiga-back#230 . Tested manually by comparing front vs back when changes are made in each.

May conflict with the solution adopted in #252 which I did not find until now (mea culpa).
