First of all, I would like to thank you for the brilliant software you have developed and the maintenance you provide, so that we can happily and freely use it (I have used different versions of MS-DIAL 4 since 2020).
I am now testing the latest version (v5.5.260323) but I realized that the "Post curation result" column only contains "null" values when exporting the alignment result. I can see that the "Found in upper MSMS" information is present in the "Alignment spot viewer", but that column only contains "null" values in the exported "txt" file . I am not sure if the problem is that I am not activating a specific option during export or if this issue has already been resolved, but for me, this column is important for verifying the presence of MSMS fragments and potential false positives.
I would greatly appreciate your help with this issue.
