I am using MD version 5.4 for proteomics analysis without .mdproject

I'm using MSe data from waters for proteomics, but the version 5.4 of MS-DIAL I'm using doesn't have the ability to import experiment files like MD4, how do I go about processing MSe data?
In addition, I use AIF mode to analyze MSe data, there is no mdproject after analysis, is it because I set the collision voltage improperly (I set the low collision voltage: off, high collision voltage: 10~40eV)
