Dear all,
We have acquired a 1300-samples study on the ZenoTOF with SWATH-MS on every sample (and plan on doing a bigger study later this year). So far, we have processed this on MSDIAL 5.1 in a 128 GB workstation in 10 batches, and aligned the batches later in R.
Now we would like to process all in one go in a HPC cluster, which uses Linux/MSDIAL command line version, which required the data to be converted to .mzML or.abf.
The MSDIAL website FAQ (http://prime.psc.riken.jp/compms/msdial/faq.html) still says that the SWATH-MS is not yet supported since SCIEX still has to develop a SDK for it. Does anyone know if there's been any update on this or could suggest another way of doing this?
