Consider turning this into a proper phpstan extension

phpstan/extension-installer is used to automatically include phpstan extensions without having to manually add includes to a project's phpstan config, and has some clear steps for setting up a repository to be identified as an extension.

This repo is really cool - and could benefit from taking that extra step to being a "proper" phpstan extension.
Once that's done, it would also be cool to add it to the list of phpstan extensions
