Please migrate SyncPy to Python 3.

Python 2 is no longer supported. Therefore, SyncPy is incompatible with all current Python developments.
Please can you create a Python3 version?

It doesn't seem too difficult. I'm not a Python expert, but I made my own fork and migrated it and it appears to work!

Thanks, I created a new branch from your work and migrated most of the missing features.
Only sklearn samples are difficult to migrate to 2.x and require some more work.
