I don't think the following methods are used by wof, and thus can be removed from BaseDao. This would simplify DAO development.

get_method_by_id
get_source_by_id
get_qualifier_by_id
get_qualcontrollvl_by_id
get_qualcontrollvls_by_ids
get_offsettype_by_id

Thoughts?
