Blm0j1 "Hearing Voices" (Black Mage job quest 1/6): implement from scratch (no script exists yet)

Summary

Quest Blm0j1 (id 111261), rank 15, is the opening quest of the 6-quest Black Mage job line — the arc that awards the Black Mage Soul Crystal ("Soul of the Black Mage", reward credited via #61). It belongs to the Black Mage job (derived from the Thaumaturge class) and is offered by Yayake of the Order of Nald'thal, at the Arrzaneth Ossuary (Thaumaturges' Guild) in Ul'dah. Per the Mirke transcript, Yayake relays the ravings of a centenarian Marasaja Pit prisoner, Ququruka, who styles himself a black mage and foretold that an adventurer of your name would hunt beasts for the "Gem of Shatotto"; the player travels to the Copperbell Mines entrance to slay guano gnats, receives the Gem of Shatotto from the Amalj'aa Kazagg Chah, and on returning is confronted by Ququruka, who proclaims the player a black mage and bids them seal the Voidgate — awarding the Soul of the Black Mage. There is NO script yet — implement from scratch.

Reachability

Gated to active Thaumaturge/Black Mage at the required rank, enforced via #60. Cross-class unlock for the whole line: Thaumaturge Lv30 + Pugilist Lv15 (gate via #60). This is the first quest in the Black Mage line and has no quest prerequisite.

What's needed

• Create scripts/lua/quests/blm/blm0j1.lua with the standard hooks (onStart/onStateChange/onTalk/onPush/onNotice/getJournalMapMarkerList/onFinish).
• SEQ_ACCEPT offer from Yayake at the Arrzaneth Ossuary (offer/accept via delegateEvent + AcceptQuest, matching the pgl200 template).
• Sequence: travel to the Copperbell Mines entrance (western Thanalan) and slay a trio of Guano Gnats; on the kill milestone, spawn/talk Kazagg Chah who hands over the Gem of Shatotto (IncCounter/SetCounter for the slay objective).
• Return-to-Ul'dah leg: talk Yayake; trigger the Ossuary confrontation cutscene where Ququruka and Lalai appear and the player obtains the Soul of the Black Mage.
• getJournalMapMarkerList markers for Yayake, the Copperbell Mines objective, and the return to the Ossuary.
• Reward/CompleteQuest finale crediting the Soul of the Black Mage via Class/job quest enablement: credit class/job rewards on CompleteQuest (skill points/rank, Soul Crystal, gil/items) #61.
• Derive exact gnat actor class ids, the Gem of Shatotto item id, dialogue event ids, and zone coords from the Mirke/Gamerescape transcript during impl.
