The fix for this shipped in v1.9.5: private, deleted, and unavailable playlist entries are now skipped during scans instead of being stored with placeholder titles like [Private video]. Pull the latest and re-scan the playlist - those entries should no longer appear.

One note: any private entries already stored from before the fix won't be auto-removed. If you have leftovers, let me know roughly how many of the playlist's videos were affected and I can sort out a cleanup.
