Should config.kit.host be overwritten by client side navigation?

When a config.kit.host is set in svelte.config.js, this is reflected in $page.url.host when a page is serverside rendered, but overwritten by the actual host once a client side navigation has taken place.

Is this expected behaviour?

The only changes I made from the skeleton app are adding a config.kit.host to svelte.config.js and calling this on the routes with $page.url.host.

As of #3384, host shouldn’t be set anymore as the adapters handle this. An exception is adapter-node for which I haven’t tested the above.
