Add in a thing to split rent (and other shared bills) based on income from other users.
e.g. If person A earns $5000 a month, person B earns $3000 a month, and person C earns $2500 per month, then person A makes approx 50% of the monthly income, person B makes approx 30% of the monthly income, and person C earns about 25% of the monthly income. The bill should then be split on the averaging (re: Tareq) so that the numbers are a little closer in cases of large disparities in income levels.
