Some bills (like water bills here in CA) are not monthly. They are every other month, or some can be flexible in when you pay them. Some life insurances can be customized to pay it either yearly, quarterly, or every 6 months. Currently, only monthly bills work.
Some work will need to be done to figure out how to store and determine when a bill should be "up" for payment in a household.
