sbx_metaphlan hangs on creating reference databases

This seems to be at the bowtie-build step. I noticed that it hadn't made the rev indices. I'm re-running with one of the solutions in the issue where other bowtie2 users had similar problems and will update if I find a workaround.

Earlier version of bowtie didn't work. Building the database manually did, interestingly enough.
