support widget is too simple/small

## Feature Request

**Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.**
Support widget only allows for unformatted short messages. Bug reports should enable users to easily send screenshots.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A possibility would be to propose the same widget as in writing an email... or something else I don't know.
