Context
The evaluation app was removed in PR #106 as it was no longer needed in its current form.
However, we need to keep in mind that having a way to assess search engine performance and prevent regression is important for maintaining search quality.
Requirements
- Implement a mechanism to assess search engine performance
- Track performance metrics over time to prevent regressions
- Consider using standard protocols/benchmarks for search evaluation (e.g., TREC, BEIR, etc.)
