Share folders and files with nextcloud and vice versa

To create a European cooperative working tools network, it would be great to work with nextcloud to make LaSuite fichier and nextcloud files be able to share folders and files.

From LaSuite fichier, I could share a folder to a nextcloud user entering his/her nextcloud Id and vice versa.

We were indeed also looking at this for Mijnbureau. The "Dumb" way of doing this by sharing the s3 database doesn´t work because both apps want to keep metadata in their own databases. There was a proposal for webdav in drive but afaik that has not had much attention yet.

I think this is definitely something we could want in the long run, but it needs quite some work in implementation and maintenance.

Also: Won't having two file storage platforms become very confusing to users? I can forsee many questions: "On which platform did you share this? Why can i do X here but not there? Why does creating a document in nextcloud work different than in drive?"
