Request: Mobileer mbis support

Mobileer is a MIDI synthesizer that was used throughout the 2000's in various phones and low-end devices. mbis is the instrument bank format used by it.

I'm mainly requesting this because I've come across one on the LeapFrog Didj (which uses me2000) and the source code for it is publicly available:

It's okay if this is considered super low priority or too obscure to be added. Just felt like it was worth a try.

I looked at the code. MBIS seems to be an instrument library not a MIDI-like format. What would be the added value to support this given the dominance of SF2/SF3?

Not too much I guess, but it'd be cool from a sort of preservation (or historical?) perspective, especially since some of these instrument libraries are unique to the devices they can be found on. The Didj one was custom-made by LeapFrog and uses lots of Kristin Miltner's/Mark Bartscher's samples. I wouldn't be surprised if the phones (and maybe early Android tablets?) that used this also had custom instruments.

Loading the instrument library seems to be fully implemented in the source code but for it to be of any use in foo_midi I'd have to convert it to SF2 on the fly. I'll study the code to estimate how much work it would take. Not making any promises.
