Maintenance mode

We often need a maintenance page when we deploy huge release.
The need :

• Need to by dynamic : Logo/Image + Texte
• Activate/Deactivate Maintenance mode in B.O
• Still can connect to B.O when activated
• Bonus : Choose the ips that can access the site

I think it's totally possible to add a MaintenanceService

I do like this idea.

Maybe we should think of a way to add a roadmap to the project ?

Hey, how about making the activation through a the .env of the project ?
This way you don't need an access to the back-office to switch the front in a maintenance very quickly.
