Issue with assigning fragments to seurat object

Hi, does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could fix this? The two errors are throwing me off as I am pretty sure my .tbi file which is in the same folder is indexed, and I don't understand how to overwrite fragment objects in my ATAC assay if the info it has isn't indexed.
