DORA Archetype: Boundary Proximity Signal (Lower Priority) #30

Description

@kenjudy

The binary archetype classification loses information at the edges. A team at 19% large commits with 9% sprawling is technically harmonious-high-achiever but one sprint away from tipping. The RETROSPECTIVE notes "teams near archetype boundaries should look at individual metric thresholds" — but the tool doesn't help them do this.

Proposed addition: An archetype_confidence: "strong" | "marginal" field, where "marginal" means any metric used in the winning archetype rule was within 5 percentage points of its threshold. Simple to compute, adds decision context.
