Bitcoin Core v32 is scheduled for ~October 2026, so whenever Q3 rolls around we should add this issue to the board

It would be good to have a working draft of this change to test against Bitcoin Core's master branch. Because otherwise, if anything is missing you'll have to wait another six months.

just created draft PR #593

I did some e2e testing on SRI private signet, successfully propagating many blocks via JDS

moreover, this PR enables propagated_from_jds_to_tp Integration Test, which runs successfully and also validates that everything seems to be working ok
